Bruce Goldwell

At one point in his life, Bruce was homeless in Southern California.

That period could easily have become the end of the story he imagined for himself.

Instead, it became part of the beginning.

Bruce continued to hold onto the belief that where he was did not have to determine where he would remain.

He kept looking for ideas, people and opportunities that could point toward another path.

One of those paths eventually led him to CEO Space.

And that experience would stay with him for decades.

Years later, Bruce found another way to conduct ideas and encouragement:

Books.

A book allows knowledge to travel beyond the person who learned it.

An experience can become a lesson.

A lesson can become a chapter.

A chapter can reach a reader the author may never meet.

That reader may use the idea, share it, teach it or pass it forward again.

In that sense, writing became an extension of what Bruce had experienced inside The Space.

Connect something useful with someone who may need it.

Bruce served in the United States Army and is a Vietnam veteran.

That experience remains part of the way he sees leadership, service, adversity and responsibility.

One of his continuing goals is to help other veterans discover that another direction remains possible, especially during periods when life feels uncertain or disconnected.

Sometimes that help comes through a book.

Sometimes through encouragement.

Sometimes simply through the reminder:

Bruce's work has crossed many fields over the years.

Writing.

Songwriting.

Computer programming.

Drafting.

Carpentry.

Entrepreneurship.

Personal development.

Technology.

Storytelling.

Rather than viewing those interests as unrelated, Bruce increasingly sees them as part of the same pattern.

Connect ideas across different worlds.

That, too, is a form of Superconductivity.

One field teaches something that becomes useful in another.

One experience supplies the metaphor for another book.

One conversation creates an entirely new project.
