During one of his lowest moments, he prayed and asked God for a way forward. Soon afterward, he saw a large discarded cardboard box and transformed it into what he called the World's Largest Tip Box.
The box attracted attention, allowing Bruce to tell jokes, sing original songs, encourage strangers, and help people confront fear. That experience showed him that helping others did not begin with wealth or status. It began with willingness.
