🔥 Dragon’s Breath BBQ Flame-Grilled Steak

Ingredients:

• 2 boneless ribeye steaks (1–1.5 inch thick)
• Salt and cracked black pepper
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
• 1 tbsp butter (optional for basting)
• 1/2 cup SizziQ Dragon’s Breath BBQ Sauce (recipe below)

Instructions:

1. Rub steaks with olive oil, salt, pepper, and crushed garlic. Let rest at room temp for 20 minutes.
2. Preheat grill to high heat. Sear steaks for 3–4 minutes per side (or until preferred doneness).
3. In final minute of grilling, brush each side generously with SizziQ Dragon’s Breath BBQ Sauce.
4. Optional: Add butter to pan for a quick baste just before removing.

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer 10–12 minutes until thickened. Cool and use warm for basting.
