Licensing built for clarity, discipline, and scalable upside

SizziQ Lifestyle Brands licenses a portfolio of health-forward restaurant concepts designed for operational simplicity, brand consistency, and long-term scalability. Licensing is selective by design. Early partners help refine systems, validate execution, and contribute to the foundation of a growing brand ecosystem.

The SizziQ licensing philosophy

SizziQ was built to be licensed—not copied. That means clear concept formats, operational discipline without unnecessary complexity, and optional revenue extensions that enhance the guest experience rather than burden it.

Currently available concepts

SizziQ Express
A compact, quick-service format designed for grab-and-go dining, limited menus, and efficient execution. SizziQ Express is the primary concept for early licensing due to its simplicity, lower build-out requirements, and ease of training.
SizziQ Wings & Things
A focused concept centered on wings and complementary menu items, featuring SizziQ’s zero-sugar sauces and health-forward positioning. Available on a selective basis and best suited for operators who prioritize consistency and tight execution.

Planned and future concepts

  • SizziQ Bowls (phase-2 expansion)
  • SizziQ Café and specialty concepts (later phase / invite-only)

What licensing typically includes

  • Brand and concept usage rights (as defined in the agreement)
  • Menu architecture and execution guidelines
  • Operational standards and training direction
  • Wholesale access to bottled SizziQ sauces and approved branded food products
  • Optional retail merchandising program (sauces, books, and future SizziQ-developed products)
  • Wholesale book pricing access for approved store locations
  • Optional table-top payment system integration with embedded SizziQ book ordering
  • Amazon affiliate participation for in-store and digital book sales
  • Optional marketing standards and launch guidance
Optional components are opt-in and designed to add revenue opportunities without adding operational friction.

Licensing economics (high-level)

SizziQ licensing is structured to lower barriers to entry while aligning incentives for long-term brand growth. Initial license fees, ongoing royalties, and optional contributions are structured to reflect the streamlined nature of each concept and the collaborative role early partners may play in refining systems.

  • Concept-specific structure: economics vary by concept format and location realities
  • Operator-first approach: designed to prioritize speed-to-open, simplicity, and consistency
  • Aligned incentives: ongoing economics are built to support quality execution and brand integrity
  • Optional ecosystem upside: wholesale sauces and approved products, optional merchandising, and optional affiliate participation
  • Private discussion: specific financial terms are shared after qualification and mutual fit
Specific fee and royalty details are not published publicly and are discussed privately after qualification.

Licensing structure and geography

Licenses are typically issued for a specific SizziQ concept and a defined physical location. Territory considerations, multi-unit expansion pathways, and development opportunities may be explored with qualified partners based on experience, performance, and alignment. Geographic exclusivity is not assumed and is addressed case-by-case.

Early partner participation

Because early licensees contribute meaningfully to brand refinement and operational feedback, select founding partners may be eligible for participation in a limited founder contribution program. Participation is selective, time-bound, and contribution-based, and is discussed privately.

The next step

Licensing conversations begin with alignment. If you believe SizziQ may be a fit for your experience and goals, the next step is a private discussion to explore concept availability, expectations, and potential pathways forward.
